 As President and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Energy Systems Inc and Interior Electric Inc. Mark Beverly oversees the daily workings of three companies that employs over 100 electricians and management staff in California, Nevada and Arizona. Mr. Beverly has advanced IE Systems into a leader in the Electrical Construction and the emerging Solar Industry.
Mr. Beverly’s career started in 1977 as an apprentice electrician working on commercial projects. Mr. Beverly moved up through a series of increasingly responsible positions including project manager. |
| In 1983 Interior Electric Inc was formed. Interior Electric Inc serves the Southern California market. In 1998 under the direction of Mr. Beverly Interior Electric expanded to the Southern Nevada and maintains its Nevada’s office in Henderson, NV |
| In 2007 Mr. Beverly formed Integrated Energy Systems which is focused on the Renewable Energy sector specializing in Commercial and Utility Scale Solar Energy Systems. Mr. Beverly and his long time senior management have a combined 153 Years experience in the Electrical Industry. IE Systems has emerged as one of the leading Solar Integrators in the South West US |
| Mr. Beverly holds electrical contracting licenses in California, Nevada and Arizona; He is also a certified Master Electrician in Nevada. Mr. Beverly holds memberships in Associated Builders & Contractors, NABCEP, SEIA, SEPA and the US Green Building Council. |

| Glen Nielsen- Vice President & Senior Project Manager |
 Glen Nielsen joined Interior Electric in 1996 as Senior Project Manager for the California office. Glen is also the Vice President of Integrated Energy Systems. His duties include overseeing and managing the business development of Integrated Energy Systems, a renewable energy company as well as; sales, consulting, engineering, contracts, estimating, budgeting, scheduling and purchasing for both Integrated Energy Systems and Interior Electric, Inc. Glen has an impressive background and worked his way up from an Apprentice Electrician to Owner of an Electrical Contracting Firm over the past 29 years. He majored in Electrical Engineering at Golden West & Orange Coast College, is a licensed Electrical Contractor, Design Build Electrical Engineer, Journeyman Electrician and proficient in estimating and project management. He is a member of IAEI, is NABCEP certified in Solar PV Installations and a Human Rights Activist for Amnesty International. |
| Chad Stewart- Vice President |
 Chad Stewart joined Interior Electric in 1985 as an Electrician and was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 1995. When Integrated Energy Systems was established, Chad was promoted to Vice President. He is responsible for the oversight of the general construction division. Some of his duties include supervision of Project Managers and their activities, project budgeting, cost control, product quality, and construction scheduling to insure delivery of high quality projects on time and within budget. Chad has over 24 years of experience in the electrical field and is a Licensed California Electrical Contractor. He is married and enjoys spending time with his 3 children. |
| David Fox- CFO |
 David Fox joined IE Systems on August 1, 2008 in the newly created position of CFO in the California office. David oversees the day-to-day financial and accounting operations, works with the executive team to understand long range corporate objectives and define financial strategies to achieve those goals. He has a BSBA Business Degree with an Accounting Major from the University of Colorado. David is a licensed CPA in California and is a member of the California Society of CPA's. He is married and a father of two daughters attending college in Colorado. |
| Kathleen Baumann- Accounting Manager |
 Kathleen Baumann joined Interior Electric, Inc. on January 26, 2004 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Accounting Manager for the IE Systems California office. Kathleen has extensive construction business knowledge and has experience working in Project Management, Purchasing, Accounting, Human Resources and Insurance. She has completed courses in business management, accounting, OSHA compliance and is a Notary Public. Kathleen is married with two step children and is a Cubs and Bears fan. |
| Scott Mellusi- General Manager Service Division |
 Scott Mellusi joined Interior Electric, Inc. in October 2004 for the position of General Manager for the Service Division in the California office. His experience includes 18 years as a journeyman electrician, foreman and lead man in the commercial, residential and industrial industry. Scott has an Associates Degree in Science. He is a Wyotech Board Member, and has Certifications for NJATC Journeyman, California Journeyman and New York Journeyman. When Scott is not working he enjoys cycling, skiing and being outdoors. |
| Jon Kitchen- Chief Estimator |
 Jon Kitchen joined Interior Electric in August 1994 for the position of Electrical Apprentice. Jon worked in the field for 10 years then trained and promoted to Chief Estimator in 2004 for IE Systems California office. He is the primary Estimator for all California projects. His training includes NEC Code, Advanced Accubid Estimating Software, Online Photovoltaic Design & Engineering and has completed his Electrical Certification. |
| Brandon Beverly- CAD Designer |
 Brandon Beverly joined Interior Electric in March 2003 for the position of Field Electrician. Brandon worked in the field for 4 years then trained and promoted to In-House CAD Designer for IE Systems California office. His training includes Photovoltaic Design, Auto CAD and California Title 24. |
| Mark Maskevich- Vice President & General Manager |
 Mark Maskevich joined Interior Electric in March 1988 as a Project Foreman. Mark moved to Nevada as a Senior Project Manager to establish the new office in 1996. He now holds title of General Manager and is also the Vice President of Integrated Energy Systems. He has over 25 years experience in the commercial electrical field. He has engineered and managed, on time and within budget, several innovative 700kw or greater Photovoltaic Systems. Mark is a member of the IAEI, NABCEP, SEPA, SEIA, CALSEIA, ABC and USGBC. He has two children, Megan and Mathew. When not working they enjoy spending time in the desert, has a passion for fishing, the mountains and all that Southern Nevada has to offer. |
| Gus Baquerizo- Vice President & Senior Project Manager |
 Gus Baquerizo joined Interior Electric in 1995 as a Foreman and promoted to Project Manager in 1997. He has been promoted to Senior Project Manager for the IE Systems Nevada office and is a Vice President for Integrated Energy Systems. Gus started in the field and with hard work and determination has worked his way up. He majored in Electrical Engineering in college and obtained a Certificate in Electrical Maintenance. Gus is a member of IAEI, NABCEP, SEPA, SEIA, CALSEIA, USGBC and ABC. His achievements include delivering projects on time and within budget & created the highly successful commercial and residential service department for Interior Electric. | Cliff Anderson- Chief Estimator |
 Cliff Anderson joined Interior Electric in 1996 for the position of Electrical Apprentice for the Nevada location. Cliff has worked his way up as a Foreman, Field Superintendent to his current position Chief Estimator in 2004. He is the primary Estimator for all Nevada projects. His training includes Accubid Estimating Software, Photovoltaic Design Training from Solar Energy International and served four years in the United States Navy.  Mark Thompson joined Interior Electric in April 2004 for the position of CAD Designer for the Nevada office. Mark's experience includes Electrical Draftsman and an Associates Degree in Occupational Studies. He is responsible for creating Interior Electric's drafting standards. Mark designs and drafts all Interior Electric drawings for Nevada projects. He enjoys NASCAR and his two beautiful girls. |

 James Caling joined Interior Electric, Inc. on January 1, 2009 in the position of Senior Project Manager for IE Systems. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering- and also holds a General Contractors License in California. Performing Solar energy production analysis and evaluating performance. |
